Welcome to Point Break, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom apartment occupying a spectacular front-row position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Mouille Point.
Expansive windows span the living area and main bedroom, framing uninterrupted ocean views and filling the apartment with natural light. From morning coffee watching the waves to spectacular Atlantic sunsets, the sea is an ever-present part of your stay.
Dolphins are regularly seen moving along this stretch of coastline and, during whale season, Southern Right and humpback whales may occasionally be spotted offshore. Cape fur seals and seabirds are also frequent visitors to the surrounding waters.
Inside, cool greys, ocean blues, warm natural woods and woven textures create a contemporary coastal atmosphere that feels stylish yet wonderfully relaxed.
Point Break comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families, friends, business travellers or anyone looking for a beautifully positioned base from which to experience Cape Town.
The Accommodation
The heart of Point Break is its spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, where almost wall-to-wall windows place the Atlantic firmly centre stage.
A generous corner sofa and comfortable armchairs provide plenty of room to relax, while a large Smart TV offers entertainment when you can finally tear yourself away from the view.
The dining area seats four and connects naturally with the contemporary kitchen, creating an easy, sociable space for breakfasts, relaxed lunches and evenings at home.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The main bedroom is one of Point Break’s highlights. A queen-size bed is positioned alongside large ocean-facing windows, allowing guests to wake to magnificent views across the Atlantic. The room also offers a ceiling fan, generous built-in wardrobe space, bedside lighting and a dressing table or work surface.
Bedroom two offers particularly flexible sleeping arrangements. It can be prepared as either a king-size bed or two comfortable single beds, making the apartment equally suitable for two couples, families or friends travelling together. Guests must please advise their preferred configuration when booking so that the bedroom can be prepared before arrival.
The stylishly renovated main bathroom features a generous walk-in shower with frameless glass, contemporary fittings and a modern vanity.
There is also a separate guest toilet and basin, giving the apartment 1.5 bathrooms in total.
Kitchen & Dining
The contemporary kitchen has been designed for relaxed self-catering and is finished with charcoal cabinetry, pale worktops and a generous central island.
It is equipped with a gas hob, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee-making facilities, together with ample preparation and storage space.
The gas hob also means guests can continue cooking during electricity interruptions.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four and provides an inviting setting for everything from leisurely breakfasts before exploring Cape Town to relaxed dinners at home.

Point Break is located at 33 Beach Road, Mouille Point, in one of Cape Town’s most desirable Atlantic Seaboard neighbourhoods.
The location is exceptional for exploring on foot. Green Point Park, the Metropolitan Golf Club and Cape Town Stadium are all just a minute or two’s walk away, making Point Break particularly convenient for guests attending a match, concert or event.
The V&A Waterfront, Oranjezicht City Farm Market, Green Point and Sea Point are also within easy reach, placing an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, markets and attractions nearby.
Despite its central position, Mouille Point retains a relaxed, upmarket residential atmosphere. Guests can spend the day experiencing Cape Town and return to the calm of the Atlantic at the end of it.
